Personal Support Worker Program Care-Ed Learning has been teaching the Personal Support Worker Certificate Programs since 1989. Courses are designed to meet the requirements of the New Brunswick Home Support Association. Instructors have completed a "Train the Trainer" Program which focuses on the needs of the adult learner and tools for success in a caregiver career. All instructors are current members of their professional association.
The primary goal of the program is to provide caregivers with knowledge and skills to meet the complex gerontology needs of the 21st century older adult. Care-Ed’s unique hands-on approach to learning brings students together to share their experiences and encourage one another. Course material address's First Nation values and needs, involving available First Nation instructors in the development and delivery of the Personal Support Worker program.
Senior Watch Home Care Services provides mentoring, classroom, team building, coaching, labs and reliability and accountability sessions. We have 12 Modules to choose from. Upon program completion, you will earn the NB Apprenticeship and Occupational Certification, Personal Support Worker, Journeyperson ID Card. Email us now at train@seniorwatch.com
First Nations Instructors may select the modules required from the Personal Support Worker Program to meet the gerontology needs with in their community.

Care-Ed Learning provides a Train the Trainer program to communities who wish to set up their own home care service organization.
