Caring for our Employees
You take care of our clients, we take care of you!
The Senior Watch team is a family that cares.
As a Senior Watch® employee, you will be part of a team of RN’s, LPN’s, Personal Care Aides, and Personal Support Workers who work together to ensure client well-being at all times.
To protect our staff, we have set up several policies to protect you when you become an employee.
Abuse
It is Senior Watch policy to immediately remove an employee from any situation where a client is abusive - verbally, physically or psychologically.
Safe Medication Practices
For the protection of our staff families/clients are advised that bubble-wrapped packaging by the dispensing pharmacy is required for those who are unable to take medication on their own.
Safety in the Client’s Home
Client premises are inspected by Senior Watch personnel to ensure there are no obvious hazards which might be a danger to you or to the client. Material Safety Data Sheets are placed in each home alerting the caregiver to the presence of hazardous materials and the emergency care required.
Personal Safety
A yearly refresher course in Back in Form is compulsory.
To protect our clients, all Senior Watch staff are carefully screened, trained, and insured.
